The Jr Herd is now a proud member of the Sacramento Youth Football League

There are 4 Divisions based on age as follows:

Age Max Skilled Player Weight
JP 7-8 95 lbs
PW 9-10 120lbs
JM 11-12 145lbs
M 13-14 170lbs (No Freshman)

Any player weighing more than the maximum skilled player weight will be certified as an X-Man.

If you were a member of the Jr Herd last year, you and your siblings are automatically grandfathered in regardless of where you live. For new Jr Herd members, you must live in the boundaries that feed into Elk Grove High School to participate in our program.
